Returns

• Customers can return any product within 30 days of delivery, as long as it has not been opened or used, and must still be in its orginal packaging.
• Refunds will only be of the amount of the products value.
  i.e. thePerfumeSuperstore cannot refund any delivery costs (unless the order is cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period where a full refund will occur).
• Returned items must be sent back to thePerfumeSuperstore via First Class post and we recommend that you send it recorded delivery in case of any lost items in the Royal Mail. thePerfumeSuperstore will not pay any return costs unless the item is damaged / faulty or incorrectly delivered.
• Any item damaged during return may only receive a partial refund. However, this is down to thePerfumeSuperstore's discretion
• In the rare event that the customer receives an incorrect item, thePerfumeSuperstore will refund the return postage costs and upon receipt of the incorrect item, will dispatch the correct item.
• Any item that is returned to us by the Royal Mail as 'undelivered' or 'not called for' will be refunded back to the customer at the price of the product only.
