Cinnabar

The massive hit for estee lauder Cinnabar was created in 1978, designed by estee lauder with a bottle sculpted by Ira Levy.

Cinnabar contains top notes of Jasmine, Orange Flower and Tangerine. Its Heart is comprised of Clove, Muget and Lily with a base of Olibanum, Sandalwood and Patchouli.

Similar in its grandeur to YSL’s Opium (release the year before) and Coco by Dior, Cinnabar like these fragrances is a dense sophisticated oriental fragrance perhaps deeper than the other two but definitely a greater emphasis on florals.

Make no mistake with Cinnabar, it is a very strong scent that should not be worn if you intend to blend into the background or spend a long time in lifts.
